Location: Belgravia, London
Start Date: Targeting 1st September (flexible - interviews starting now)
Project Duration: Circa 8 months

Project Overview:
A high-end full house fit-out project valued at £2.5m in the prestigious Belgravia area. The project includes structural works alongside luxury interior refurbishment. The strip-out phase has commenced with site set-up and hoarding underway.
Our client is currently progressing with strip-out over the next 3 weeks, with a view to awarding the full fit-out package to the same team.

Role Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage day-to-day site operations
·Report directly to the Contracts Manager
·Oversee Health & Safety compliance on site
·Coordinate with designers and consultants
·Manage and coordinate subcontractors
·Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Candidate Requirements:
·Proven experience in high-end residential fit-outs, ideally in prime central London
·Strong organisational and leadership skills
·SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold) required
·Ability to manage site logistics, H&S, and subcontractors independently
