Integra Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for long-term, London-area projects. You will lead site operations from mobilisation to completion, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and oversee concrete repair and waterproofing works on complex civil or specialist repair projects.

You will ensure safety, quality, and progress, maintain site records, liaise with clients and engineers, and manage health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Formación

• SMSTS certification is required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• CSCS Black Card is required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Strong concrete repairing and waterproofing background.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, civils or specialist repair.

Responsabilidades

• Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
• Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and specialist operatives.
• Managing concrete repair and structural repair works.
• Overseeing waterproofing and below-ground waterproofing systems.
• Managing concrete preparation, breakout, and repair works.
• Overseeing application of specialist repair mortars, coatings, and protection systems.
• Ensuring waterproofing systems are installed correctly and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitoring quality, workmanship, and progress throughout the project.
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme and within agreed requirements.
• Liaising with clients, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Carrying out site inspections and maintaining accurate site records.
• Managing health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.
