A discreet, well-heeled building contractor that's been restoring London's architectural gems since before avocado bathrooms were a thing. They specialise in homes where bespoke doesn't mean different kitchen tiles - it means a bronze staircase commissioned in Milan and flown in under a pseudonym.

Role

They need a Site Manager for a modest little £9m single-dwelling refurb in a prime Central West London postcode. Strip-out is done. 50 weeks of coordinating subcontractors, managing expectations, and pretending the drawing's always been like that.

Your Day-to-Day

• Politely ensuring subcontractors don't wander off mid-task
• Keeping H&S above token effort but below military-grade
• Filling out CVIs, RFIs and site diaries - because someone has to
• Liaising with clients (read: staying calm during design U-turns)

You (Ideally)

• Can manage high-end builds without combusting
• Know what SMSTS stands for (and actually have it)
• Organised, personable, and able to survive 50 weeks of questions like Can the walls be slightly less wall-like?
• A proven track record delivering London's super-prime residential projects - you know, the sort where the door handles cost more than your first car.
