Are you an ambitious Site Manager looking for a new challenge?

Due to increasing workload, this Edinburgh based contractor is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to take on diverse and complex projects, from historical refurbishments to commercial conversions.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee and manage the day-to-day site operations for a range of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.

– Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

– Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.

– Maintain high standards of health and safety in line with company policies and regulations.

– Regularly communicate with clients, contractors, and senior management to provide updates on project progress.

– Resolve any issues or delays promptly, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.

– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.

– Ensure all necessary paperwork and reports are completed.

Key Requirements

– Proven experience as a Site Manager within a main contracting environment.

– Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
