Job description

Location: Carmarthen
Rate: Up to £300 per day (CIS/Umbrella)
Duration: Immediate Start – Until 15th August

We are working with an established and respected residential developer who requires a Residential Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a live site.

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident and experienced Site Manager who can hit the ground running and help push plots over the line for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure works progress in line with the build programme

• Drive quality standards and ensure plots are completed to a high standard ready for client handover

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure site operations run smoothly and safely

• Maintain high levels of health & safety, site cleanliness, and compliance at all times

• Work closely with internal teams, trades, and customer care to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential site management (volume or bespoke considered)

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Proven track record of delivering plots to handover stage

This is a short-term contract with an immediate start, forecast to run until 15th August. A great opportunity to support a high-performing site team through a key stage of delivery.
