Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering critical water infrastructure projects under the Anglian Water AMP8 framework. This role suits a driven and safety-focused professional with a solid background in the water or utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, and environmental policies.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records.

• Liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and the wider project management team.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the water/utilities sector, ideally on AMP frameworks.

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential

• Strong knowledge and commitment to Health & Safety best practices.

• Valid CSCS card - Preferred

• First Aid at Work - Desirable

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Contract Details:
