My client, a volume residential developer, is seeking a Site Manager for a two-week period starting on Monday 12th May to cover a holiday.

Details of the role are as follows:

• Site Manager needed for a scheme of 40 traditional build flats and houses at various stages of construction in Westoning, Beds.
• Two assistants will also be supporting the scheme.
• Candidate must have extensive housebuilding and subcontractor management experience with a major developer.
• Required certifications include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
