Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee a roofing refurbishment project in Bristol. This is a 6-month contract working across occupied residential properties, including a Grade II listed building, with insulation installation on flat roofs.

The ideal candidate will have proven roofing project management experience, heritage building knowledge, SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid, and strong site management and communication skills. Start at the end of August.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing roofing projects.
Experience working on occupied residential properties.
Knowledge of Grade II listed or heritage building works.
Experience with flat roofing and insulation installations.
SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS certifications preferred.
Strong communication and site management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee roofing refurbishment works on site.
Coordinate works across occupied properties and heritage buildings.
Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.

Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee a roofing refurbishment project in Bristol, starting at the end of August.

This is a 6-month contract working across occupied residential properties, including a Grade II listed building. The project will involve the installation of insulation to flat roofs, so previous experience managing roofing works within occupied environments and on heritage buildings is highly desirable.
