Experienced Senior Site Manager required to work for a regional main contractor, specialising in managing new build & refurbishment projects.
The role involves working as No. 2, reporting to a Project Manager, on a refurbishment of an existing hospital. Responsibilities include managing all site-based construction activities such as short-term programming, health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, material procurement, logistics, quality control, client liaison, coordination meetings, progress reporting, snagging, and handover.
The project is ongoing, with approximately 5 years remaining, and involves improvements and refurbishments to modernize the hospital facility. It is located on-site in Bristol, with the regional office of a well-established main contractor, which has a strong pipeline of work in Bristol & Somerset.
