• Holds a Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient delivery of site work with focus on SHEQ, time and cost management.
• Manage Health & Safety on site, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and manage site-based supervisors and delivery teams.
• Collaborate to manage direct labour and supply chain, ensuring construction activities meet scheme deliverables.
• Procure plant, materials and specialist subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and programme.

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our team based in Lincoln., Location: LincolnHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include:

• Leading the safe and efficient delivery of site work, with a focus on SHEQ, time and cost management
• Managing Health & Safety on site, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements
• Overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing site-based supervisors and delivery teams
• Working collaboratively to manage direct labour and supply chain, ensuring all construction activities meet scheme deliverables
• Procuring plant, materials and specialist subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and programme

You have experience within the water recycling sector

• You bring sound commercial and contractual awareness to your work
• You have excellent organisation skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively
• You possess a good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• You hold a Full driving licence
