Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a long-term mixed-use commercial build in Chichester. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure health and safety compliance.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work, and a valid UK driving licence, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

You will liaise with clients and the project team and provide regular progress updates throughout the contract.

Looking for a site manager to work on a long term mixed use commercial build. The project value is approximately 5,000,000. Looking for someone who has experience delivering commercial, residential or refurbishment projects at a value over 1,000,000.
