Job description

Kenton Black are recruiting for a Site Manager on a permanent basis, in Perthshire. The client is an established house builder with a reputation for delivering 5-star homes and exceptional customer service. At this time, there is an exciting opportunity to lead house-building projects within the region.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget. Additional requirements include managing subcontractors and site staff to maintain high standards of work, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and maintaining progress reports, resolving any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Valid CSCS card (ideally black)
  2. SMSTS
  3. First Aid
  4. At least 5 years house building management experience

As reward, you will receive a salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum + car benefit + discretionary bonus. You will also be given the opportunity to progress your career into a senior management role over time, given performance indicators are achieved.
