Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work alongside our Senior Site Manager at one of our sites in Blackburn.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including:

  1. Coordinating contractors
  2. Monitoring materials
  3. Organising equipment
  4. Scheduling deliveries

You will supervise the on-site team, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff.

We are looking for a candidate who is a great problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Hours and Holidays

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
Friday: 7.30am to 3.30pm

Annual leave: 23 days plus 8 bank holidays per year.
