Job summary

Madigan Gill is seeking a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for an immediate start in Leicester on a large scale housebuilding project. You will report to the Principal Contractor and oversee site operations on a long-term basis.

The role requires previous housebuilding experience, a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work. You will coordinate labour, supervise safety, and ensure company procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card holder with site experience.
• Current First Aid at Work certification.
• In date SMSTS certificate and relevant training.
• Previous site manager experience on large housebuilding schemes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety.
• On site co-ordination of labour and subcontractors.
• Ensuring company procedures are followed on a long-term project.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

As a Site Manager you must have:
