Site Manager - Night Shifts
Location: Longbridge
Start Date: 4th August
Shift Pattern: 4 x consecutive night shifts

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee night works on a construction project in Longbridge. This short-term contract will involve managing trades, overseeing site safety, and ensuring all night-time operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activity during night shifts
* Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly followed
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks as required
* Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
* Liaise with the project team to ensure smooth handover to day staff

Requirements:

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Previous experience managing construction works at night
* Strong communication and leadership skills
