Overview

Redrock Recruitment are looking to recruit for their client an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established business operating in the Logistics and Distribution sector. Project value ranges from £7 million to £30 million. The successful Site Manager will be able to show a clear work history on these types of schemes from inception to client handover. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business with a healthy project pipeline and a strong company culture.

Responsibilities
  • Managing site operations to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery
  • Supporting the Senior Management team in implementing contractual strategies
  • Monitoring health and safety compliance, including toolbox talks and audits
  • Managing resources, including subcontractors, to maximise efficiency and minimise costs
  • Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
  • Working as part of the team
Qualifications & Skills
  • SMSTS Qualified
  • First Aid trained
  • CSCS card - Black
  • Understanding of Health & Safety
  • RAMs approvals and carry out
  • Local to the Midlands area
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexible, can-do attitude
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently
  • Full driving licence
