We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee a new 20m industrial project in Birmingham. Our client is a prominent national main contractor with an annual turnover exceeding 500m. They specialise in delivering a diverse range of projects, from large-scale residential developments to major industrial and commercial schemes up to 200m. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all site activities for the 20m industrial build. You will be the key on-site presence, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, and in line with the project program.
