Site manager - Enhanced DBS - School refurb x 5

Pay: £240 per day

Location: Stourbridge, Dudley, Halesowen

Duration: 6 Weeks

Start Date: 29/07/2025

One of our established clients is currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of multiple school areas around the DY7 postcode area.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of H&S, experience overseeing tradesmen, ensuring the project stays on track for completion, and excellent client-facing communication skills, especially in school refurbishment projects.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing subcontractors
2. Being IT literate
3. Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
4. Keeping the project on schedule

Candidate requirements:

1. SMSTS certification
2. CSCS Card
3. FAW certification
4. Enhanced DBS
