Duration: 1 Week (Night Shifts)

We're currently seeking an experienced Working Site Manager for an immediate-start, short-term retail fit-out project.

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead a small team on-site, and ensure the job gets done on time and to spec—all while working night shifts to meet a fast turnaround.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and working alongside trades on a night shift fit-out (strip out, install, finishes)
• Managing daily site operations and ensuring tasks are on schedule
• Coordinating subbies, deliveries, and materials
• Reporting progress and flagging issues with the Project Manager
• Enforcing safety and quality standards on-site

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Working Site Manager on retail/commercial fit-outs
• Comfortable managing night works and short turnaround jobs
• Hands-on and trade-qualified (preferred: carpentry or shopfitting background)
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work
