Overview

Site Manager - Commercial Refurb - Belfast. Our client is a Main Contractor with nationwide coverage of various projects. They seek an experienced Site Manager to join them on a high-end commercial refurbishment project in Belfast on a long contract, paying £280 - £300 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Operations - Manage day-to-day activities on a live refurbishment site, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery in a fast-track environment.
• Plan & Programme Works - Develop short-term programmes, sequence activities carefully around building occupants, and drive progress to meet tight deadlines.
• Health, Safety & Compliance - Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring all works comply with UK regulations, company procedures, and the additional requirements of an occupied environment.
• Quality Control & Finishes - Maintain strict quality standards across all finishing trades, conduct inspections, manage snagging, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Stakeholder & Client Interface - Act as the key point of contact on site, managing communication with building occupants, clients, and consultants, while minimising disruption to day-to-day business operations.
