Job description

Job Title: Site Manager | Location: Belfast (BT12 6LP)

So what’s it all about?

As our next Site Manager, you will be driven, able to adapt to a complex, fast-paced environment, and will have a passion for getting the best from people.

You will be leading a team of 330 colleagues across a unionised Manufacturing and Logistics operation, playing an integral role in driving the capability of employees and leading a full culture change program. Your remit will involve effectively developing and delivering an operationally excellent and efficient factory.

You will also be responsible for leading the Senior Leadership Team and working directly with the unions to engage and continue building relationships.

It is essential that you are solutions driven and able to inspire and adapt in a challenging environment. This role involves spearheading cultural change, leading change management programs, and standardising processes. You will have the opportunity to make real changes to create a more stable and efficient environment.

The Key Requirements...

  • Experience being the site leader for a similar size operation within manufacturing & logistics
  • Experience of leading and managing teams in a unionised environment
  • Experience of managing change programmes in a supply chain environment
  • Driven for results – can motivate self and others to deliver outstanding results
  • Ability to build effective teams
