Job Title: Site Manager
Job Type: Permanent Staff
Start Date: ASAP, subject to clearance
Salary Range: Competitive/Negotiable
Benefits Package: 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) and 3% pension contribution,
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria (Fully site based)
Hours of Work: 40 hours

Role & Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within the agreed budget.
* Supervising contractors and subcontractors.
* Managing schedules, procuring materials, and adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with engineers and key stakeholders to discuss challenges within the business
* Lead daily briefings and resolve any conflicts on-site
* Modifying plans to accommodate unexpected conditions
* Maintain detailed progress reports

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Experience as a Site Manager
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Construction/civil background
* The ability to coordinate activities

UK National Security Vetting Status: Ability to gain SC clearance is a must
