• Manage and supervise daily operations at the site
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and control inventory levels to meet operational needs
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide training and mentorship to site staff for continuous improvement
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of site personnel
