Job Title: Site Manager

Kenton Black are recruiting for a Site Manager in Aberdeen on a permanent basis. The client is an established house builder with plans to grow their management talent pool during an exciting time of growth.

In your new role as Site Manager, you will oversee construction on a private house building site, ensuring all aspects of construction projects conform to customer standards, budgets, timelines, and quality requirements. You will ensure site teams maintain a steady flow of information between all departments and conduct routine visual inspections, ensuring site operations are monitored, recorded, and in compliance with construction standards. Additionally, you will ensure subcontractors deliver performance against guidelines, controlling costs and ensuring projects complete on time and within budget.

Minimum Requirements:

As a minimum, you must have 5 years of experience within a management role, specifically within house building. You must have SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS qualifications alongside positive previous employer references.

Compensation:

As a reward, you will be offered a desirable base salary (£55000-£65000) + car package + benefits.
