Job description

Role: Site Maintenance Operative

Location of role: Lime House, Warrington

Rate of Pay: 25,621.60 per annum, pro rata ( 9,854.46)

Role Description:

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a driven individual to join our Nugent team and support the maintenance and development of our Lime House. As Site Maintenance you will undertake the upkeep and repair of the interior and exterior of our company premises, you will be responsible to ensure the sites meet health & safety requirements and have a keen eye for detail.

At our Lime House site, we provide excellent care in homely, pleasant surroundings offering privacy and independence. There is a sensory garden to rear of the building to enable residents to relax and take time out in a tranquil setting.

Experience & Skills:

  • The successful candidate will have duties that include landscaping maintenance, light installation or carpentry work and assist tradespersons with electrical, plumbing or HVAV repairs.
  • You will be able to identify and report essential work, support with site inspections and repair equipment/appliances.
  • Experience within a similar role is essential and you will have the ability to work in a challenging environment.
  • You will be committed in the productive of high-quality work, have be flexible approach to your working arrangements
  • Full driving license but not essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check which is fully paid for by Nugent and maintained on the DBS update service

Hours of work: 15 hours per week
