Aria Healthcare is seeking a Site Maintenance Officer to join their team at Miranda House, a 65-bedded Residential and Nursing Home in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors to ensure the smooth running of the facility.

Main duties of the job

The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing health and safety at the home, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. The successful candidate will need to have good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be flexible.
