The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance at the Dormy House care home in Sunningdale, Berkshire. The role requires a caring and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience and excellent communication skills.

Main duties of the job

The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing health and safety at the Dormy House care home, which is an 88-bed residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care facility rated 9.2 on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will be required to undertake remedial work and liaise with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance.
