Care UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Maintenance Officer to join our home. You will manage health and safety, undertake remedial work, and liaise with external contractors to handle repairs beyond routine maintenance. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with shifts 7.30am-3.30pm or 8.30am-4.30pm, and alternate weekends.

Descripción del empleo

• Site Maintenance Officer, We are recruiting for a caring professional and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety at this home, undertake remedial work and liaise with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance.
• Full time - 40 hours per week - hours will be either 7.30am-3.30pm or 8.30am-4.30pm
• Alternate Weekends Required
• Required to be on call in case of an emergency within the home
• £15.96 per hour
