Job summary

Care UK is recruiting a Site Maintenance Officer for Solent Grange Care Home in Wootton, Isle of Wight. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts 7.30am-3.30pm or 8.30am-4.30pm and on-call duties for emergencies within the home.

You will manage health and safety at the home, undertake remedial work, and liaise with external contractors on work beyond routine maintenance. The successful candidate will bring practical maintenance experience and strong communication and flexibility.
