Job summary

Care UK in Camberley is recruiting a Site Maintenance Officer for a 97 bedded Residential, Nursing and Dementia care home. The role runs 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with duties covering health and safety compliance, routine maintenance, and coordination with external contractors to handle non-routine repair work.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, communicative maintenance professional who can work flexibly and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment within a Care UK

Qualifications

• Health and safety management experience.
• Practical maintenance experience and ability to manage repairs.
• Good communication and liaising with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and safety at the care home.
• Undertake remedial maintenance work as required.
• Liaise with external contractors for work beyond routine maintenance.
