Job summary

Care UK is recruiting a Site Maintenance Officer for an 88-bed residential home in Sunningdale. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and includes responsibility for health and safety at the home and for carrying out remedial maintenance tasks.

You will liaise with external contractors, prioritise repairs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents. Strong maintenance experience and excellent communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to
