Site Maintenance Manager - Commercial Building – Moorgate, London - Up to 65k + Package

Would you like to work for an established, stable building maintenance contractor?

Do you have experience managing commercial buildings?

One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a Site Maintenance Manager to look after a key commercial property in Central London.

Based in the heart of the City, the company is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager who can provide first-class customer service, organize, manage, and motivate the on-site team.

The team on site consists of 4 multi-skilled engineers and an administrator, with an excellent working relationship with the client.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-5. The main duties of the role include:

1. Ensuring client satisfaction levels remain high, leading to the development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.
2. Ensuring contractual levels are achieved and exceeded, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the contract, and demonstrating this in monthly contractual review meetings with senior management.
3. Meeting contractual KPIs / SLAs.
4. Attending strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client weekly or as required.
5. Ensuring successful completion of reactive and PPM work orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
6. Providing leadership and management to the site team.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Recognized apprenticeship and full electrical or mechanical qualification at a recognized level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
2. Proven experience managing multiple buildings and clients.
3. A strong team player capable of prioritizing and solving problems under pressure, utilizing innovative solutions.
4. Committed to working in a professional, quality environment.
5. Strong people management skills.
