An industry-leading FM/Engineering service provider is seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer – electrical bias to work at a commercial site based in Leicester. This role offers a salary of £38,000 with excellent opportunities for development and progression within the industry.

Job Role:

This position offers an annual salary of up to £38,000. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

The role of Site Maintenance Engineer (Electrical biased) involves carrying out servicing and reactive repairs to electrically based plant equipment, including power and lighting systems.

Additionally, the engineer will assist with other basic duties as directed by the contract manager. Responsibilities include performing routine tasks independently (PPM and reactive), diagnosing and repairing faults on building services according to L8 standards, and maintaining systems such as AHUs, pumps, motors, and heating systems (including heat exchangers, actuators, and pipework).
