Site Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

We are working exclusively with a leading provider of building services & maintenance, who are seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer to work across two sites in South London.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for undertaking all PPM and reactive maintenance of electrical equipment including EML systems, floor boxes, breakers, and isolators at two designated sites. This role involves participating in an out-of-hours rota, where you will be paid a retention bonus plus overtime.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in building services maintenance
2. Qualified to 18th Edition or above in Electrical Engineering
3. Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance processes
4. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
5. Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
6. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance
