Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths with strong MS Office and reporting skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in logistics, construction, or site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and access requirements to support project delivery.
• Maintain logistics records, tracking systems and reporting for delivery performance.
• Support construction teams with logistics planning and resource coordination.
• Manage movement and storage of materials, plant and equipment; oversee inventory and laydown areas.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, transport providers and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with site access, workforce, visitor and vehicle arrangements per safety procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and logistics performance, identifying constraints and addressing issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and governance requirements.
• Produce logistics reports and audit-ready documentation.
