Job description

Job Description: Site/Lettings Attendant

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust, an established Multi-Academy Trust across the West Midlands, is seeking a Site/Lettings Attendant to assist in maintaining, cleaning, and securing our school premises to ensure a safe environment.

Hours: Zero hours contract. The role may include a minimum of 1 evening (6 – 9:30 pm), weekends (Saturday 9 am – 4:30 pm and/or Sunday 8 am – 4:30 pm).

We offer opportunities to enhance skills and experience across our MAT, exceptional CPD, a supportive team environment, and friendly, enthusiastic children.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Open and close gates/doors for access to the MUGA, Dance Studio, and indoor facilities.
  2. Set up and pack away tables and chairs for exams and events.
  3. Manage alarm systems as required.
  4. Assist with general site activities such as painting, repairs, and maintenance.
  5. Prepare equipment/resources for shows and events, including managing lettings bookings.
  6. Maintain tidiness of the site.
