Divisional Lead - Key Health Recruitment

Key Health is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation that provides vital care and education services for children, young people, and adults across the UK.

Are you an experienced clinician ready to take a step into a dynamic, operational leadership role? We’re looking for a Lead Clinician / Site Lead who will be at the forefront of delivering and coordinating high-quality clinical services across multiple sites within a geographical locality.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves overseeing therapeutic services, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions, and leading multidisciplinary collaboration. You’ll champion an integrated model of care and play a crucial role in promoting positive outcomes for those with complex needs including trauma, neurodiversity, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and coordinating clinical input for both new admissions and existing service users
  • Delivering training on trauma-informed care and neurodiversity to internal teams
  • Ensuring alignment of clinical services with EHCPs and regulatory standards
  • Line managing clinicians and overseeing performance, supervision, and development
  • Supporting quality assurance, safeguarding, governance, and service improvement initiatives
  • You’ll work closely with operational leaders, care teams, educational staff, and external professionals including families, placing authorities, and inspection bodies to ensure cohesive, person-centred care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Allied Health Professional, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Counsellor
  • Registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., HCPC, BACP, UKCP)
  • Proven experience working with children, young people and/or adults with complex needs
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver training, manage multiple services, and influence cultural and operational change

Why Apply?

This is more than a clinical role – it’s an opportunity to lead systemic change, shape services, and make a lasting difference to lives. You’ll join a passionate team committed to inclusive, holistic support, with a strong focus on professional development, safeguarding, and team wellbeing.
