About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Site Labourer / Telehandler Operator to join our busy Petterden site.

This is a varied role where the successful candidate will primarily carry out labouring duties around the site but will also be required to operate a telehandler when necessary. Some previous experience operating a telehandler is preferred, however, full training will be provided to meet site requirements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being hands-on, and is looking for a long-term role within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy
  • Operating a telehandler to support site operations when required
  • Assisting other team members to ensure smooth site operations
  • Working in line with health and safety standards at all times
  • Being adaptable and flexible to support site needs

What We’re Looking For:

About you:

  • Some experience operating a telehandler is desirable (training will be provided)
  • A strong work ethic with a hands-on approach
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet site requirements
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness on site

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 4.30pm (basic hours)
  • Average working hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Saturday working: 8.00am – 12.00pm (usually every second Saturday)
