Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Labourer to join our site teams in the Stoke-on-Trent area for a social housing refurbishment contract. You will perform general labouring, assist with external roofing works, move materials, and help keep sites clean and compliant with safety policies.

The role offers Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with training provided and a pension scheme. Benefits include holiday allowance, van access on site, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labouring on construction sites and external work.
• Willingness to work outdoors, at height, and in social housing environments.

Responsibilities

• General Labouring around site, mainly external roofing works and material movement.
• Support subcontractors after roofing deliveries; clean, move materials and secure site.
• Demonstrate safety conscious work practices and follow health and safety procedures.
• Deliver materials and plant to operatives on site; ensure site remains clean and organized.

Education

NVQ Level 2 Construction Operations

PASMA, IPAF and Banksman Training (advantageous)
