Qualifications

• Physical fitness to perform manual labour.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in construction or industrial environments.
• Experience in similar roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up tools and safety barriers.
• Supporting skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as required.
• Moving materials safely around the site using equipment or manual handling.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas to meet safety standards.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times during operations.
• Assisting with minor repairs or maintenance tasks under supervision.
