Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking reliable General Labourers for a large-scale construction project in Bridgwater. You will perform general site duties, keep areas clean, move materials and support trades to help the site run smoothly.

The role starts Week commencing 02/11/2026 with good working hours (7:30am–5:30pm) and plenty of overtime. A CSCS card is essential and prior site experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card essential
• Previous construction site experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• General site duties, keeping work areas clean and tidy, moving materials, assisting trades and supporting the site team to ensure work runs smoothly
