Job summary

Lawtech Ltd in Cardiff seeks a general labourer to support site operations under the Site Manager. You will perform general maintenance of equipment, assist with deliveries, and help with daily inspections to keep works on time and budget.

Role requires physical labour, CSCS card, ability to work at height, and a clean driving license for forklift/van; traffic marshal experience is desirable. You will be part of a team ensuring safe, efficient site workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a general labourer in construction.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks.
• CSCS card or relevant training in manual handling, asbestos and working at height.
• Clean driving license for forklift or van is preferred.
• Traffic Marshall experience desirable.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools.

Role Overview:

To be responsible to the Site Manager for the delivery of the specified works to time andbudget, in a safe and effective manner.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing general maintenance of construction equipment
• Operating machinery
• Dealing with deliveries
• Assist the manager with daily inspections and any ad-hoc duties
• Keeping site clean and tidy including the cleaning of welfare facilities as required
• Keep up to date with relevant industry regulations, H&S legislation and companyprocedures
• Report any H&S and ASB issues to the Site Managers

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have experience as a general labourer in the construction industry
• Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks
• CSCS card or relevant training in manual handling, asbestos and working atheight.
• If driving forklift or other van, appropriate licenses and a clean driving licencerequired
• Traffic Marshall experience desirable
• Knowledge and use of hand tools
