Job Title: Site Janitor

Contract Type: Full-Time (37 hours/week)

About the Role:
Manpower has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Site Maintenance/ Industrial Cleaner to join our clients team based in Peterborough.

This is a key role focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and organised factory environment.

You'll be responsible for managing waste streams, performing minor repair work, and supporting our Stores and Workshop teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across the site while following safe working practices.

  • Support the warehouse teams with keeping their areas clean and tidy.

  • Carry out minor repairs to address general wear and tear.

  • Maintain and operate the floor cleaning equipment in both Workshop and Stores areas.

  • Occasionally support Stores and Workshop operations as needed.

  • May be required to collect or deliver items locally.



What We're Looking For:


  • Practical, hands-on approach with an eye for detail.

  • Willingness to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic repair/maintenance skills.

  • Ability to manage physical tasks and work in a factory environment.

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet changing site needs.

  • Full-time role based on 37 hours per week.

  • May occasionally require work outside normal hours.
  • 21 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays + 3 Days between Christmas and New year
