Job summary

Wakefield Acoustics is seeking a Site Installation Manager to coordinate all installation activities on site. You will liaise with sales, engineering and project teams to ensure designs are installable, compliant and delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will develop installation methodologies, create RAMS, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and best practices, while mentoring the installation teams and handling disciplinary issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Liaising, planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of site installation activities.
• Ensure that designs are installable (FFP), and that site conditions/constraints are understood and considered when sold, designed, delivered & installed.
• Develop installation methodologies/processes, create RAMS, manage site resources, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and installation best practices.
• Ensure installation team members are trained and certified accordingly and handle management and disciplinary issues.
