Job summary

Wakefield Acoustics (UK) is seeking a Site Installation Manager to lead on-site installation activities for complex projects. You will liaise with sales, project management and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and deliverable.

You will develop installation methodologies, RAMS, manage site resources, and drive SOP improvements while mentoring installation teams to meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

• Liaise, plan, and coordinate all on-site installation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs are feasible, safe to install, and aligned with project constraints.
• Mentor site installation teams and manage RAMS, SOPs, and on-site resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
