Job summary

Solotech is seeking a Site Supervisor to work on client sites across the UK, leading the installations team to deliver equipment installations to specification, on time and within budget. You will head the onsite team, develop installation processes and implement improvements for efficiency.

The role requires travel away from home and collaboration with Sales for viable technical concepts, estimating delivery times and labour costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through training and quality

Qualifications

• Educated to industry related degree level (or equivalent) or relevant work experience.
• UK Driving Licence
• Right to work and remain in the UK

Responsibilities

• Work on client sites and supervise onsite engineers to deliver installations to spec and on budget.
• Assist with estimations for delivery times and labour costs.
• Liaise with customers to ensure needs are met and end-users are trained.
