The role develops and implements hygiene systems to protect product integrity, support manufacturing efficiency, and ensure compliance with food safety, customer, and regulatory requirements. Oversee cleaning activities, from daily sanitation to deep cleans, and lead continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, organisation, implementation, and continuous improvement of site hygiene programmes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cleaning schedules and hygiene plans.
• Monitor hygiene effectiveness and environmental standards.
• Manage hygiene risks across all site areas.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of hygiene teams across day and night shifts.
