Fulton Hogan is seeking a site based HSEQ Advisor for its Perth Infrastructure Services team. You will oversee safety across road construction and maintenance activities, travel to sites, and may work away from home.

The role focuses on implementing the Safety System and driving proactive safety culture. Candidates should have a tertiary Health & Safety qualification, experience in ICAM investigations, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Formación

• HSEQ principles and practices in construction/maintenance
• Experience leading ICAM investigations and safety audits
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Safety System is effectively implemented on site.
• Lead ICAM investigations and conduct QSE audits and inspections.
• Perform plant inspections, inductions, risk assessments and SWMS reviews.
• Collect and analyse data on injuries, hazards, incidents and near misses.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reports and implement regulatory changes.
• Lead safety training and support roadworks traffic management.
