We are seeking an experienced Site Health & Safety Manager to join a major infrastructure project in a high–compliance, heavy construction environment. This is a site–based position focused on promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce site–specific health & safety plans and procedures

• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations

• Advise on CDM compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met

• Liaise with external stakeholders including local authorities and regulators

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar HSE role within heavy construction or utilities

• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK HSE legislation

• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification required

• Experience working on substation or electrical infrastructure projects is desirable
