Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is helping a growing drinks manufacturer recruit a Health & Safety Manager to own safety across the site. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced Manager or a strong H&S Advisor looking to progress.

You will work with site leadership, support managers and employees to drive improvements that make the workplace safer every day, on the factory floor and across safety systems.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate is the minimum requirement.
• Diploma or working towards it is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Health & Safety across the site.
• Spot risks on the factory floor and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
